To ensure a respectful and harmonious environment, please follow these guidelines:

✔️ Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: After 12:00 PM (flexible upon request)

• Check-out: By 11:00 AM (flexible upon request)

Keys:

• 1 set provided upon arrival

• €20 replacement fee if lost

• Always lock doors/windows when away

🧼 Cleanliness & Respect

• Treat the house with care and appreciation

• No shoes on beds or furniture

• Dispose of trash regularly (bins available)

• Report any damage immediately

🚭 Smoking Policy

• No smoking indoors

• Smoking is allowed only on terraces and in the garden

🐾 Pets

• Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance

🔊 Noise & Quiet Hours

• Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Be mindful of neighbors, especially in shared outdoor spaces

🔥 BBQ & Garden

• BBQ is available – please clean thoroughly after use

• Respect the garden – do not climb trees or damage plants

🅿️ Parking

• Free, secure, and private on-site parking available

❄️ Air Conditioning Use

• Please turn off units when leaving the room or apartment

• Avoid using A/C with windows open

🪵 Terrace & Garden Safety

• Use outdoor spaces responsibly

• Children must be supervised at all times

• Do not climb furniture, railings, or trees

🪴 Shared Outdoor Areas

• Gardens and outdoor areas are shared with other residents

• Keep the main entrance gate closed after use

• Do not block driveways or shared paths

🔒 Security

• Lock all doors and windows when leaving

• Guests are responsible for their belongings

🛠️ Appliance Use

• Kitchen: Turn off stovetop and oven after use

• Washing machine & dishwasher: Use during daytime; avoid nighttime operation

• A/C: Operate only with windows closed and turn off when leaving

• Water heater: Turn off after use to prevent overheating

⚡ Electrical Safety

• Do not overload sockets

• Turn off all appliances when not in use

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Child Safety

• Children under 12 should never be left unsupervised

• Keep sharp or hazardous items out of reach

• Supervise children on terraces, in the garden, and at the BBQ area

🌍 Environmental Guidelines

♻️ Recycle using the provided bins

💧 Conserve water (Greece experiences droughts)

🌱 Help protect local wildlife (including migratory birds)
